***The shipping address we use for your order is the one that is in your Paypal account. Please double check that address to make sure it is the correct address. If not, please send us and e-mail with the correct address. We do e-mail our customers frequently with updates on your order, please contact us with the e-mail address you wish us to contact you with if it is different from your Paypal e-mail address.***

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We custom make all of our items after your purchase, unless otherwise stated please allow 7 to 12 BUSINESS DAYS to prepare your order before shipping. Shipping charges shown below are for the United States customers only. The shipping services will vary depending on the weight of your item(s). The package will be shipped either by USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation depending on the weight of the item(s) purchased and your preference on the smaller dollar amount purchases. We do sometimes ship UPS for larger packages on large orders as this is more economical for us and you. We do also ship to Canada and have set up our paypal shopping cart.  Any other international customers please contact before ordering if you are interested in our products.

PAYMENT POLICY
We accept any form of payment through Paypal. Our website is set up with a Paypal Shopping Cart that will direct you to their Secure Paypal website automatically when finished shopping. Paypal is secure, easy and safe way to pay online. The only information we receive from the transaction with Paypal is your e-mail address that is on file with Paypal, shipping information and information about what you ordered. 

We are also now accepting money orders through the mail for your purchases. If you would like to send a money order, please contact us at customerservice@foryourangel.com in order to make payment arrangements for the items you wish to purchase.

RETURN POLICY 
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of order. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON PERSONALIZED ITEMS. You must first contact us to get your return authorized. Returned or exchanged items must be in UNUSED and in RESALEABLE CONDITION. Then you can return the authorization with the product for an exchange or a refund minus the shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive, so please make sure you return your item in a trackable way, such as PRIORITY MAIL with CONFIRMATION. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Q: Do you offer Gift Certificates for your Website?
A: We do offer Gift Certificates for our website that can be purchased through the link provided from PayPal. Please be sure to read through the terms and conditions noted by PayPal.

Q:Can a gift certificate be emailed to someone who doesn't have an email address?
A: No. However, you can print the gift certificate and deliver it to the recipient. The recipient must have a PayPal account or sign up for a one to redeem a Gift Certificate. Do not enter a recipient email address if you are not sure which email address the recipient has associated with a PayPal account. E-mail address when entered have to be exact with no mispellings.

Q: Is the Gift Certificate transferable?
A: Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered BY E-MAIL ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE to a different recipient. The Gift Certificates ARE transferable if the recipient's email address is not printed on the gift certificate

Q: Can a Gift Certificate be e-mailed?
A: Purchasers may purchase a Gift Certificate for a designated recipient, who may then redeem that Gift Certificate on purchases made with using PayPal from our website. The purchaser must define the recipient at the time of purchase for Gift Certificates delivered by email. Once purchased, Gift Certificates delivered by email may not be transferred to a different recipient. A recipient must have a PayPal account and pay using PayPal in order to redeem a Gift Certificate.

Q: What are the days you consider ‘BUSINESS DAYS’?
A: The ‘BUSINESS DAYS’ are considered to be Monday through Friday excluding any holidays.

Q: Are your items all ‘HANDMADE’?
A: All the items on our website are ‘HANDMADE’ with high-quality fabrics. Seams at high stress points are also double or triple stitched. All raw edges are serged or crisscrossed stitched to prevent fraying.

Q: Do your Pack N’ Play Sheets have Elastic?
A: Unless otherwise indicated the pack n’ play sheets are made with NO ELASTIC. The sheet is made with pockets that fit snugly on the end of your pack n’ play mattress pad. This style also allows the sheet to lay flat against the mattress pad. We can use elastic upon request for an additional charge. Please make sure to check the size of your pack n’ play mattress pad before purchasing. Custom sizing is available to make sure you get the exact size you need.

Q: You mentioned you custom make Portable Crib Sheets, but why do you not have any listed for purchase?
A: We do make Port-a-Crib Sheets upon request. We do not list these because we have found that most of the Pack N’ Play sheets we make work well to fit the Port-a-Cribs. If you have a thicker mattress pad on your Portable Crib we do custom make any size necessary and thickness necessary. These sheets are made in the Cotton or Flannel print of your choice (dependent upon availability of fabric) and are sewn with elastic at each end for a snug fit.

Q: Do you do Custom Orders or Custom Sizes?
A: We Love Special Requests and can make most anything you need FOR YOUR ANGEL! Please don't hesitate to ask a question about size or item that you may need. The items are prepared after payment is received so the sizes or even the item itself can be changed. Sheets for the pack n play can be customized to smaller sizes or larger sizes for an additional charge (depends on fabric availability).

Q: Can you make something else out of the fabric from the Pack N’ Play listing?
A: Please check with us for fabric availability and prices on item desired. Because the listings are not prepared until after payment is received, the items may be made into something else if enough fabric is available.

Q: What is your turn around time for Answering E-mails and Questions?
A: We try to answer all e-mails and questions within 24 hours. However, most e-mails and questions asked during a ‘BUSINESS DAY’ may be answered within a few hours. If you haven't heard from us in this time frame please check your spam filter or contact us. Thanks.

Safe Bedding Practices For Infants

To prevent infant deaths due to soft bedding, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the American Academy of Pediatrics, and the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development are revising their recommendations on safe bedding practices when putting infants down to sleep. Here are the revised recommendations to follow for infants under 12 months:

·  Place baby on his/her back on a firm tight-fitting mattress in a crib that meets current safety standards.

·  Remove pillows, quilts, comforters, sheepskins, stuffed toys, and other soft products from the crib.

·  Consider using a sleeper or other sleep clothing as an alternative to blankets, with no other covering.

·  If using a blanket, put baby with feet at the foot of the crib. Tuck a thin blanket around the crib mattress, reaching only as far as the baby's chest.

·  Make sure your baby's head remains uncovered during sleep.

·  Do not place baby on a waterbed, sofa, soft mattress, pillow, or other soft surface to sleep.

Placing babies to sleep on their backs instead of their stomachs has been associated with a dramatic decrease in deaths from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).
